1. The "job titles" I would have to give to each one of my remedies,would be Lead darkness rep aka Eye cover Sr pillow... Staff leader MR pills he provides a deep sleep Sweet lady spearmint tea she is the relax queen...Leading reading/journaling rep all of there roles are key to making sleep better and sooner their "roles" in the job of creating a great night's are important.
2. Deep Sleep is important i could use a lot of it right now because its the best sleep .
3. What promptsme to use Kalms vs. a day where i don't use Kalms is simple i need sleep vs i am so tired i just pass out but that really dose not happen much i am like a rechargeable battery i just keep going and going until one day i crash.
