These are all of the sleep issues i  experience.  
Well first falling asleep is always hard it takes me hours to fall asleep i think of so much i end up staying up
 this issue affects me alot because i end up spending the whole night up. Its a  huge bothersome issue.

What i think causes or triggers this particular issue is i have a lot on my plate and a busy life and i have to plan things out or maybe i have ocd i am not sure but whatever the case its a issue .

 Also staying asleep is not a big issue for me i can mostly stay asleep .


 Now going back to sleep can be tricky if  its still dark i can sometimes do that but if its light out its hard to .


  I always am waking up tired all the time.
