I always address my sleep issues different ways because everyday is different i think i have tried everything at this point .My approach varies from day to day the factors that influence it are the tasks and events i have to do and the way i am feeling that day and what i have o do the next day .My sleep issues at special occasions are more high strung because i have a lot to do .

ReplyDeletePosted for Nichole: My problems are no sleep and they affect everything I do they are there because I have a lot on my plate and having a lot on my plate makes me can't sleep so it's a circle affect maybe one day I will be carefree but until then I stay up.
