1. My sleep issues impact the type of day i will have because if i dont get sleep i am cranky tired a bit high strung.
2. My iron going down is one of the impacts of your sleep issues... I tell when my iron is low because my body will feel run down also i just have to get my blood checked on my blood bus i work with everyday .I feel weak when my iron is low.
3. The quality sleep i had was the best sleep in a month. Yes a full month i have not had a good quality sleep each night as good as that night of sleep.
4.I think you will live less because you can live but that dose not mean your alive you can go day to day just doing whats needed about if you dont sleep to get the energy to truly enjoy life then your not living .
