Without a doubt, When I have to much to deal with during my day I can't sleep at night because I  keep thinking about all of the issues causing stress in my  life. Laying awake at night thinking about daily troubles also all the things I need to do and I can't sleep very well. I try to perform breathing exercises and to try and let go of daily stress before retiring for the evening but that never works so I end up in bed looking on my phone or looking at the wall. Thinking all night and then when I do fall asleep I never get enough .

  1. Hi Nichole,
Thanks for getting your blog up and running and sharing all of the photos! My name is Allison and I’ll be reading and commenting on your posts throughout this project, posting any follow up questions here in the Comments section. A few questions for you on this first blog:

    - When you're not working, what are your hobbies or favorite things to do?

    - Great quotes! I noticed a common theme in many of them was "love." Can you share an example of how the importance of love reflects in your day-to-day life?

    - In general, how would you describe how your body as functioning at this point in your life? If you could change anything about how your body is functioning, what would you change and why?

Thanks for also starting your sleep journal!
