 Benefits from these items  are keeping my stress down i am not that satisfied with them but i make due

    - Do any of these remedies work better than the rest? If so, what makes it more helpful?

    - Thinking creatively, if you were to give a "job title" to each of your remedies, what would it be for each? Eye pillow... Deep Sleep... Kalms... camomile and spearmint tea... and reading/journaling... What are each of their "roles" in the job of creating a great night's sleep for you?

    - For each remedy, how often do you use it? Eye pillow... Deep Sleep... Kalms... camomile and spearmint tea... and reading/journaling?

    - Tell me a little more about the Deep Sleep and how and why you use it.

    - What prompts you to use Kalms vs. a day where you don't use Kalms?
