This is hands down my favorite device currently. I suffer from dry eye and migraines and this is a complete godsend. It produces a soothing massage on my temples and the heat is amazing! The massager I received did not have any music but after contacting breo support it looks like I got the newer model. One thing I wish they could change is the vibration on the hard setting. Wish it was constant vibration and not this annoying pulsating vibration. I usually use it on the medium setting anyways. I also wish you could charge it via USB C but that's not a complete deal-breaker. Overall I highly recommend buying the Breo I see 4.
