I wasn't expecting much... But blown away with how good these are.

I didn't think I would have much to say about these, after all... They are Ice Cube Moulds.
As always with Amazon Prime, they arrived speedily and well packaged. When I opened the box, I was very pleasantly surprised to discover how thick the silicone actually is! The quality feels more expensive than what I paid. The cubed tray was deeper than I expected, I know the listing states 2" cube, but I was still like "Wow, Impressive." When you place one of them cubes into a glass and pour some of your favourite spirit over the top, and pass it to a friend, you get a slight smug feeling of presenting a drink to the same quality as a posh Wine Bar. The first taste is with the eye.
Again, with the sphere mould, I wasn't expecting too much... But I was wrong again! the quality is there! the feel amazing. The top section of the mould fits snugly into the bottom half, and you feel reassured they have become a single item. You gently pour the water in through the small hole at the top, until they are full, I had a little spillage sitting on the top of the mould, however... it is easy to pour of the excess without losing any water from inside the spheres, which again... Left me impressed.
The only downside I found to using these moulds would be because of the thickness, it did take longer for the ice cubes/spheres to form... but it is a small sacrifice to pay, and nothing a little preparation time wouldn't fix. Removing the ice cubes really couldn't be any easier, just peel back the silicon mould and you ice just pops out... No more of this banging the ice cube try onto the kitchen counter only to be rewarded with one measly cube (we've all been there!!)
Excellent product, would definitely recommend... Especially if you're hosting a dinner party with friends.

I've been experiencing significant sciatic nerve pain for the 10 nd time in my life recently.
